1. Opt-In Policy & Consent

By providing your mobile phone number to DEV EG and agreeing to receive text messages, you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS and MMS messages from us at the number you provided. You may opt in to receive messages through any of the following methods:

• In-person or verbal consent — providing your phone number directly to a representative of DEV EG and agreeing to receive text messages.
• Written consent — signing a form, agreement, or contract that includes consent to receive SMS communications.
• Online consent — entering your phone number on our website or application and checking a box or otherwise indicating your agreement to receive SMS messages.
• Text-to-join — texting the keyword START to our business number (+18339189518).

By opting in, you agree to receive messages that may include:

5. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your text messaging plan. You are responsible for all charges from your carrier related to messages you send and receive. DEV EG is not responsible for any carrier fees or charges.

6. Supported Carriers

SMS messaging is supported on all major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and is not guaranteed.

7. Privacy & Data Sharing

We respect your privacy. Your phone number and messaging data will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. We may share your information with service providers who assist us in delivering messages (such as our SMS platform provider), but only as necessary to operate our messaging program. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

8. Program Description

The DEV EG SMS messaging program sends text messages related to our business services, including appointment scheduling, reminders, service updates, and customer communications. Messages are sent from +18339189518.
